Terms of delivery and payment
Shipping methods:
When displaying the cart, the site will offer possible delivery options according to the total amount of the ordered items. First you have to select this, in which case the system will always charge a packaging fee of 0.125EUR or HUF 50. Next, you need to select the payment method, where the system will charge the current shipping cost. The limits for this are described in detail for the payment methods.
Fee-based restricted areas:
In case of ordering to paid industrial sites, shopping centers, parking garages, delivery is carried out up to the border of the object. Courier services do not deliver to areas with special entry policies and/or closed ones (e.g. airports, research institutes, military bases, factories, etc.).
Employees of courier services may not be obliged to queue at the receipt of goods, reception or customer service; shall not be required to produce personal documents.
In the event that the customer is unable to bear the cost of entering the toll area or to ensure free access, the courier service does not guarantee delivery to the area.
Payment methods:
1 Cash on delivery up to 12.50EUR or HUF 5,000 product value:
In all cases, it is done by courier, the delivery time is 2-4 working days.
Please note that the delivery time starts from the notification already handed over to the courier and sent by e-mail!
We will send you continuous e-mail notifications about the status of your order.
If your order has been compiled, you have also been notified about this, we will not be able to change the contents of the package and the data provided, so your package will be delivered anyway.
The shipping fee is 6.3 EUR or 2490 HUF, (this shipping cost applies only to countries bordering Slovakia, please inquire about the shipping costs of other countries by e-mail)
The courier is expected to arrive between 07:00 and 19:00 on working days. The courier travels a fixed route, so he cannot deliver at an exact time (e.g. 13:15), we are not able to forward such requests to the courier service.
You can pay the amount of cash on delivery at the courier in cash.
In case of home delivery, the addressee, family members and agents at the address can pick up the consignment from the courier personally. Before delivery, the courier service will notify you by SMS and email about the courier's arrival time. You can also change the delivery date and delivery address at the web location in the email.
The courier will not call before arrival, we cannot forward such requests! Please keep an eye on the notifications about the date of delivery and contact the delivery company if you would like to make changes.
The courier will make two attempts to deliver the package, if neither time is successful, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, we will send you an email notification of the delivery failure, and then the courier will make one more attempt to deliver the package. The courier's contact details can be found in the email notification of the arrival of the package, so if necessary, the addressee can agree with him on the date of delivery.
If the package is returned to the sender, the shipper is entitled to charge double shipping fees on the next order. In this case, only prepayment is possible.
For orders over 62.50 EUR or HUF 25,000, shipping is free!
